Job Description
- Work on prestige properties and beautiful gardens in the northern Gold Coast
- Be part of a fun supportive and professional team
- Enjoy ongoing training and development to grow your expertise
- Primarily focus on garden maintenance with occasional opportunities to work alongside the Landscape Construction team.
- Maintaining lush manicured lawns
- Caring for plants and ensuring their health and vitality
- Managing weeds to keep gardens pristine
- Monitoring and performing basic maintenance of irrigation system
- Applying mulch and other garden treatment
- Assisting the Landscape Construction team when required
Requirements
What You Bring:
- Experience in residential garden maintenance or keen interest in starting in the industry
- Reliable transport and a valid Queensland driver s license
- White Card
- Willingness to learn and be trained in industry
- Positive attitude team spirit and a strong work ethic
- Excellent grooming standards
Benefits
- This is a casual position permanent ongoing (not just the summer season) and you will consistently be working 38 hours/week across the year and have the option of additional overtime paid at overtime rates if you are chasing $$.
- There is the opportunity to undergo an apprenticeship with a Certificate III in Parks and Gardens in this role if you are wanting to gain a qualification in industry.
- Uniforms and basic PPE provided.
What You Bring: Experience in residential garden maintenance or keen interest in starting in the industry Reliable transport to our HQ and a valid Queensland driver s license (manual preferred) White Card Willingness to learn and be trained in industry Positive attitude, team spirit, and a strong work ethic Excellent grooming standards
