Job Description

American Locker is looking for our next HR Manager to join our team in Las Vegas NV. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes for our employees across the country. You will support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company strategies and objectives.


American Locker has recently been acquired and is looking for an HR leader who can roll up their sleeves and drive positive change through engagement process improvement and collaboration.


As the Human Resources Manager you play an integral role in building and maintaining a positive fun and safe work environment.


What You ll Do

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.

  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands grievances or other issues.

  • Directly recruit and select talent

  • Support current and future business needs through the development engagement motivation and preservation of human capital.

  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies systems tactics and procedures across the organization.

  • Nurture a positive working environment.

  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.

  • Maintain pay plan and benefits program.

  • Partner with the Secure Locker Division and Assa Abloy Payroll and HR teams to build and follow processes.

  • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.

  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.

  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.

  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written.

  • Hands on and willing to lead by example.

  • Advanced troubleshooting problemsolving and multitasking skills.

  • If there is something you have never done you are excited and willing to figure out how to make it happen.

  • Passionate and incredibly driven with stellar interpersonal ability.

  • Excellent time management including the ability to multitask organize and prioritize.

  • Able to research and grasp information across multiple platforms.

  • Thoroughly organizes and documents processes and files.

  • Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR leadership roles.

  • Must speak Spanish fluently.

  • Peopleoriented and resultsdriven.

  • Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics.

  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases.

  • Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.

  • Excellent active listening negotiation and presentation skills.

  • Understanding of OSHA regulations and compliance requirements.

  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.

  • Indepth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.

  • Professional certification (e.g. SHRMCP PHR) is a plus.
