Job Description
As a Project Manager you will be responsible for overseeing complex projects from inception to completion. Your role will involve:
- Leading and coordinating project teams
- Managing project schedules budgets and resources
- Ensuring project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations
- Identifying and mitigating project risks
- Communicating effectively with stakeholders at all levels

Requirements
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering Construction Management or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management preferably in engineering or construction
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Proven track record of successful project delivery
- Fluency in English; Dutch language skills are a plus

This position is based in the Netherlands and is for a fulltime permanent contract. Our client values strong leadership technical expertise and a passion for delivering successful projects.
You have a vocational level 4 diploma in Process Operation Technology (AOT), Mechanical Engineering (WTB), or Vapro C; You have a REWIC certificate or are willing to obtain it; You are initiative-driven, proactive, flexible, stress-resistant, and goal-oriented; You have a critical eye and analytical thinking skills; You can work independently as well as in a team; You have excellent communication skills.
