Job Description
As a Lead Engineer/Consultant for WTG Foundations you will be part of a dedicated team working on innovative offshore wind projects. Your role will involve:
- Leading the design and engineering of wind turbine foundations
- Providing technical consultancy on foundation solutions
- Managing and coordinating engineering teams
- Ensuring projects meet quality safety and efficiency standards
- Innovation in offshore wind technology

Requirements
- Masters degree in Civil Engineering Structural Engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in offshore foundation engineering preferably in the wind energy sector
- Strong knowledge of geotechnical engineering and offshore structures
- Experience with relevant design software and industry standards
- Excellent project management and leadership skills
- Fluency in English; Dutch language skills are a plus

This position is based in the Netherlands and is for a fulltime permanent contract. Our client values technical expertise leadership skills and a passion for renewable energy.
You have a vocational level 4 diploma in Process Operation Technology (AOT), Mechanical Engineering (WTB), or Vapro C; You have a REWIC certificate or are willing to obtain it; You are initiative-driven, proactive, flexible, stress-resistant, and goal-oriented; You have a critical eye and analytical thinking skills; You can work independently as well as in a team; You have excellent communication skills.
