You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailAMI (African Management Institute) is looking for an ambitious talented and dynamic Communication Specialist to join our team on a permanent basis preferably based in Ghana. In this role you will develop and execute communication strategies aimed at recruiting and engaging leaders and entrepreneurs for AMI s business development programs.
You will be instrumental in creating compelling content managing digital campaigns and hosting virtual and inperson events to attract participants to our transformative programs. Additionally you will collaborate with internal teams to streamline enrollment processes build strong relationships with stakeholders and track interactions through AMI s CRM system.

Education and Experience
Bachelor s degree in Communication Public Relations Marketing Journalism or a related field.
35 years of professional experience in communication stakeholder engagement or event management roles ideally within corporate or nonprofit sectors.
Strong project management skills from lead generation to closure.
Familiarity with business learning programs SME development or leadership initiatives in Africa is a plus.
Experience using Zoho CRM or similar systems is highly desirable.
