Job Description
Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Engineer who is interested in joining an expanding company in the solar industry that specializes in the Commercial and Industrial sectors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing solar energy projects from design to completion ensuring that they are completed on time and within budget. This individual will have a strong background in electrical engineering in the field of solar energy.
Qualifications and Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing solar energy projects from design to completion ensuring that they are completed on time and within budget. This individual will have a strong background in electrical engineering in the field of solar energy.
Qualifications and Responsibilities:

B.Tech or higher in Electrical Engineering.
- Professional ECSA registration
- EPC; IPP; solar power industry experience advantageous .
- Proficient in AutoCAD PVSyst Helioscope PVSol ProfiCAD software.
- Lead multiple company projects. Organise the project team and delegate team members to project tasks.
- Manage project deliverables ensure that projects are delivered on time set up regular meetings with clients and with direct manager and report back on project performance.
- Develop analytical tools and reports to manage and improve project performance.
- Maintain and develop internal relationships with all relevant project stakeholders.
- Design and project manage solar systems in the commercial and industrial sectors.
- Develop standard operating procedures and safety standards for solar installation work.
- Provide technical direction or support to installation teams during installation startup testing system commissioning and performance monitoring.
- Monitor completed projects energy outputs to agreements.
- Driver’s license; own vehicle; willingness to travel.
- Good management skill; ability to multi task; and strong communication skills.
