Job Description
Job Title: Accounting Data Analyst
Salary: $900 $1700/month (depending on experience)
Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Analyst/Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis proficiency in spreadsheets and basic accounting knowledge. This role is perfect for someone looking to leverage their analytical skills in a dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) tasks.

Collect and analyze data to generate reports and insights.

Conduct errorchecking and data validation to ensure accuracy.

Manage email correspondence related to financial transactions.

Collaborate with team members during designated overlapping hours.
Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience preferred but candidates with strong skills may be considered with less experience.

Proficiency in spreadsheet software (e.g. Microsoft Excel Google Sheets) is essential.

Basic knowledge of accounting principles; advanced expertise is not required.

Strong data analysis skills and attention to detail.

Ability to communicate effectively in English.
Work Schedule:

Flexible schedule with approximately 6 hours of overlap each week ideally in three 2hour sessions.

Availability during U.S. Pacific Time (PST) hours is required.

More frequent overlap expected during initial training with flexibility increasing over time.
