Job Description
Opportunities available in Chelmsford Upminster Witham/Maldon
Basic salary is between £18000 £19000 per annum depending on relevant experience plus bonuses car allowance and other financial incentives. Offering a realistic OTE of circa £22000 £26000 per annum.
Hours of Work: Full time 5 days per week including Saturdays (you will have a day off during the week when working a Saturday). Our branch opening hours are 8.30am 6.00pm Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 5.30pm Friday and 8.30am to 5.00pm on Saturdays.

Duties will include:
- Liaising with potential new tenants to understand their individual requirements and backgrounds to make informed recommendations of suitable properties to rent.
- Develop a good understanding of the property portfolio.
- Coordinating and conducting property viewings with prospective tenants
- Negotiating terms between the landlord and tenants.
Requirements:
- Previous industry experience preferred but not essential as full training provided. However all those applying must be able to demonstrate a proven track record within a customer focused environment.
- Enthusiastic and competitive.
- Excellent communication skills with a positive and professional approach.
- IT proficient you will be familiar with MS Office packages and able to learn quickly
- Full UK driving license and use of own car is essential
