Position: Junior Operations Manager
Salary Range: $1500 $2000 USD monthly (negotiable based on experience with the potential for a higher rate)
Location: Latin America (100% remote)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday EDT

Our company specializes in managing residential properties from houses to apartments offering services that include property maintenance tenant screening leasing and more.
Key Responsibilities

Operational and Administrative Support:
- Manage and track utility bills handle rent collection and monitor payment status.
- Organize essential documents oversee the virtual mailbox and maintain orderly filing systems.
- Coordinate property maintenance requests prioritize repairs and collaborate with tenants and contractors.
- Use Asana to update and monitor tasks keeping projects on track.
- Manage email communications to ensure timely responses.

Tenant and Lease Management:
- List vacant properties on platforms like Zillow and affordable housing sites.
- Conduct initial tenant screenings check references and organize showings.
- Oversee the leasesigning process to ensure all documents are accurate and complete.

CRM and Marketing Support:
- Organize CRM data clean lists and manage leads to keep things streamlined.
- Assist with marketing by handling data lists ordering direct mail and monitoring email sequences.
- Track and report key marketing KPIs.

Compliance and Transaction Support:
- Assist with property tax assessments rental license renewals and other compliance documentation.
- Coordinate with title companies track closing schedules and ensure all transaction documents are completed.

Process Improvement and Documentation:
- Work on ad hoc projects like documenting new processes assisting with software migrations and creating efficiency solutions.
- Prepare stepbystep documentation for routine tasks using tools like Scribe and Loom to record and transcribe procedures.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Operations Real Estate or related field (preferred).
- At least 2 years of experience in administrative or operations roles ideally with some real estate experience.
- Strong organizational skills attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM systems Asana QuickBooks and Google Workspace.
- Proficient in English (C1 level) with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Selfmotivated proactive and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
