Basic Salary of £29k with a realistic OTE of £32k (with Uncapped Commission) An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated lettings professional to join an established team that is already providing the very highest level of service to our clients. Are you the right person to continue to drive our successful tenancy department The successful candidate will be a natural team leader organised efficient have a strong attention to detail and always deliver excellent customer service. Experience within tenancy coordination tenancy agreements and referencing is essential. Being ARLA qualified is desirable. We are offering flexible hybrid working with 3 day’s per month working from home. Principle Accountabilities
- Proactively progressing the applications for tenancy agreements for the Bishopston Clifton Westbury on Trym Kingswood Downend & Redfield offices.
- Following strict internal and legislative procedures to follow each let from application stage to move in stage.
- Building & maintaining strong working relationships with our Landlords & Tenants.
- Leading by example the tenancy coordination team to ensure high levels of customer service at all times
- Holding morning meetings to encourage and assist the coordination team on a daily basis.
- Liaising promptly with the New Business team with any properties that need remarketing.
- Preparing subsequent tenancy agreements and overseeing the signing/execution of these documents (primarily via esignature software).
- Reporting on a weekly basis to Director of Existing Business on the status of all coordinating tenancies to ensure there is clear visibility on the workload and performance of the Tenancy Coordination department.

- Be a tenacious and driven individual who isn't afraid of hard work
- Possess excellent communication skills with a confident telephone manner
- Be accurate numerate and computer literate
- Be a tenacious team player with the ability to confidently lead an established team
- ARLA qualification desirable – if not training and funding for the qualification will be provided within the first 612 months
