Senior Full Stack Engineer
Mexico City MX or Bogotá Colombia (Hybrid Work Schedule)

About the Role:
We’re seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our advanced engineering team. In this role you’ll be integral in building both the frontend and backend services for our projects. You’ll collaborate with the data science team to host models and deliver them through APIs. We value engineers who demonstrate a “bias to ship” mentality and a strong sense of urgency working within small independent teams focused on solving complex challenges.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Full Stack Development: Lead the development of frontend and backend services for innovative solutions.
- RESTful Design: Build scalable reliable APIs.
- Microservices Architecture: Design and implement flexible scalable microservices.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers data scientists and TPMs to deliver impactful solutions.
- Model Hosting: Collaborate with data scientists to integrate machine learning models into products via APIs.
- Autonomy: Drive projects independently with minimal supervision.
- Problem Solving: Address complex challenges with effective timely solutions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field.
- 5 years as a Full Stack Engineer with TypeScript Python or similar languages.
- 3 years working with relational databases (e.g. MySQL PostgreSQL).
- 3 years with frontend JavaScript libraries (React Angular or Vue).
- Proficient with Docker CI/CD tools (Azure Pipelines Jenkins or GitHub Actions).
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS Azure GCP).
- Familiarity with Scrum and Agile methodologies.
- Proficiency in RESTful API design and microservices architecture.
- Excellent communication skills; experience in crossfunctional teams.
- Selfdriven with the ability to work independently.
- EventDriven Architecture experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with Marketing APIs (Facebook Google Ads or TikTok) is a plus.
