As a Food Production Supervisor you will oversee all processes methodologies and procedures involved in daytoday food production operations. This includes food preparation processing and bakery item creation. Your primary goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction by using costeffective methods while maintaining a safe and hazardfree work environment for our employees.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate food production regulatory guidance training and compliance for all food production employees.
- Assist in the development and inspection of raw food production material specifications.
- Facilitate customer inspections of food production products services and facilities.
- Lead the recruitment process of food production employees providing training and orientation for new hires.
- Develop employee training schedules emphasizing productivity for maximum efficiency.

- Experience managing processes and performance effectively.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or related studies in food science business food technology or operations management.
- 35 years of experience in food production operations management food technology or related fields.
- Working knowledge of food safety protocols and food production standards.
- Previous bakery experience is highly desired.
