Job Description

Job Title: Marketing and Construction Virtual Assistant

Location: Remote

Schedule: Monday to Friday 9 AM to 5 PM Pacific Time (Flexible)


Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and detailoriented Virtual Assistant to support our Marketing and Construction departments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing excellent organizational skills and some familiarity with the architecture and construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing:

  • Assist the VP of Marketing with various tasks.
  • Provide basic graphic design support using Canva.
  • Help create and distribute email newsletters (experience with HubSpot is a plus).
  • Support the social media manager with basic requests and content scheduling.

Excel:

  • Create and maintain general spreadsheets in collaboration with the accounting and marketing departments.
  • Update contact lists and other essential documents.

Architecture & Construction:

  • Oversee the management of Clark County building mechanical electrical and plumbing inspections ensuring timely scheduling.
  • Collaborate with Construction Managers to facilitate inspection requests and handle correspondence with Clark County authorities.
  • Assist the Permit Coordinator with administrative tasks including spreadsheet management.
  • Provide organizational support to the construction team.

Internal Reporting:

  • Prepare monthly investor and company newsletters.

Material Sourcing:

  • Occasionally source materials via Alibaba as needed.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Publisher and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in creating graphs in Excel.
  • Basic knowledge of Photoshop is a plus.
  • General knowledge or experience in the homebuilding industry is preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in project management and time management.
  • Familiarity with construction software (Procore BuildPro Sage) is a plus but not required.
