Position : Executive Assistant
Working Schedule : 8AM5PM EST
Salary Range : $1400 $1700(the final salary will be determined by the candidate's level of experience and at the discretion of the client)
Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Executive Assistant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks ensuring smooth operations and supporting executive functions. This role demands a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and a strong ability to multitask.
Key Responsibilities:
- Calendar Management/Scheduling: Manage and maintain the executive's schedule including arranging meetings appointments and travel plans.
- Email Handling: Monitor manage and respond to emails on behalf of the executive ensuring timely and professional communication.
- File Organization: Organize and maintain files on shared servers ensuring easy access and retrieval of documents.
- Internal and External Communications: Facilitate communication between internal teams and external clients acting as a liaison to ensure effective collaboration.
- Benchmarking Tasks: Conduct research and benchmarking activities to support executive decisionmaking.

- Extraction of Information into Consolidated Formats
Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in an Executive Assistant role.
- 2 years of experience working with Executive level and CSuite
- Proficient experience in Microsoft Suite
- Proficient experience in Google Suite
- Organization: Highly organized with a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- TechSavvy: Proficient in using various software and tools for communication and organization.
- Proactive: Ability to anticipate needs and take initiative without requiring detailed instructions.
- Assertive: Must have great confidence and a strong personality.
