Our client in the medical industry is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute our digital marketing strategies. The ideal candidate has a strong background in copywriting paid advertising and content creation with the ability to drive engagement generate leads and increase brand awareness across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop compelling highquality content for websites blogs emails social media and advertising campaigns. Craft clear persuasive messaging aligned with brand voice and objectives.
- Manage and optimize paid campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads Facebook Ads LinkedIn and others. Monitor performance metrics conduct A/B testing and refine strategies to maximize ROI.
- Oversee social media strategy including content scheduling community management and analytics to grow brand presence and engagement.
- Implement SEO strategies to improve website visibility and organic search rankings. Use SEM tactics to support paid search initiatives.
- Create execute and manage multichannel digital marketing campaigns ensuring they align with company goals and target audiences.
- Track campaign performance through data analysis generating reports to measure success and optimize strategies.
- Work closely with the design sales and product teams to develop marketing materials and ensure brand consistency.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Communications or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on copywriting paid ads and content creation.
- Proven success in managing paid ad campaigns across platforms like Google Facebook LinkedIn etc.
- Strong copywriting and content creation skills with a portfolio showcasing various marketing materials.
- Experience with SEO/SEM strategies and tools like Google Analytics SEMrush or Moz.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Datadriven mindset with strong analytical skills to interpret metrics and refine strategies.
