Join a dynamic USbased team as a HubSpot Specialist in a fulltime remote capacity.
In this pivotal role you will manage and optimize our HubSpot CRM to enhance our sales and marketing operations.
We’re looking for a detailoriented professional with a deep understanding of HubSpot and a knack for analyzing and improving CRM processes.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with HubSpot specifically in CRM management marketing automation and sales enablement.
- Strong understanding of inbound marketing methodologies and sales funnels.
- Proficiency in setting up workflows managing email sequences and building reports in HubSpot.
- Experience with HubSpot integrations and troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- HubSpot certification(s) is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Data Validation: Ensure the integrity and accuracy of CRM data performing regular audits and updates.
- HubSpot Reporting: Create manage and analyze custom reports and dashboards to track KPIs and business performance.
- Email Sequences: Design and optimize email sequences and workflows for lead nurturing and customer engagement.
- Sales Enablement: Work closely with the sales team to implement and refine tools templates and processes that improve sales productivity and pipeline management.
- HubSpot Implementation and Optimization: Support in setting up new HubSpot features and optimizing the existing setup for better efficiency and growth.
- Training & Support: Provide ongoing training and support to team members on HubSpot best practices to empower effective use of the platform.
Compensation
Monthly salary ranging from $1000 to $2000 (USD) depending on experience.
