Position: Sales Development Representative Working hours: MF; 10 am 7 pm EST Salary:USD
Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead Verification: Conduct initial contact with leads generated from marketing efforts to verify and qualify them.
Scheduling Coordination: Collaborate with a Lead Development Specialist to schedule appointments for qualified leads ensuring a smooth transition to the appropriate sales representative.
Lead Management: Once leads are vetted and qualified transfer them to the nearest sales representative for further followup and engagement.
Sales Sequence: Manage a 30touchpoint sales sequence to maintain communication with leads throughout the sales process.
Customer Interaction: Utilize text communication tools such as Podium to engage with customers effectively.
Collaboration with Sales Team: Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless coordination and communication regarding lead status and updates.
Qualifications:
13 years of experience in a sales development or related role.
Familiarity with tools such as Podium (for text communication) RingCentral (for calls) and ActiveCampaign (for lead generation) is a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with leads and coordinate with team members.
While closing sales is not required for this position experience in closing would be beneficial.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
