Job Description

Position : PROJECT MANAGER
Work Hours : Monday to Friday 9am 6pm EST
Pay Range : USDper month ( The final offer is at the client's discretion and will be based on the candidate's skills and years of experience.)

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage Full Project Lifecycle: Oversee projects from initial scoping through delivery ensuring all phases meet client expectations.
- Client Requirements: Collaborate with clients to ensure their requirements are understood documented and formally signed off.
- Meeting Cadence & Correspondence: Establish and manage meeting schedules handle all correspondence including answering client questions coordinating with developers and resolving any client concerns.
- Client PointofContact: Act as the main liaison between the client and development team ensuring clear communication and project progress tracking.
- Timeline & Milestone Management: Maintain and oversee project timelines milestones and handoffs ensuring all tasks and deliverables are on schedule.
- Training & Project Checklists: Set up client training sessions and ensure that all projectrelated checklists are completed before handoff.
Minimum Requirements:
- Experience with Power BI & SDLC: Familiarity with Power BI and the software development lifecycle ideally with experience in managing analytics or financial reporting projects.
- Client & Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to balance competing priorities and manage relationships with both clients and internal teams.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written English skills with a focus on clarity diplomacy and professionalism.
- Project Management Tools: Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Project Asana Jira Monday.com or similar platforms to track project progress and manage deliverables.
