The Account Manager will serve as the primary point of contact between the company and its clients ensuring exceptional service and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will build and maintain strong relationships oversee project execution and work with internal teams to meet client needs and business objectives. This role requires a proactive approach to managing client expectations identifying opportunities for growth and driving client retention.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all client communications and relationship management.
- Build and maintain strong longlasting client relationships.
- Understand clients needs objectives and challenges to deliver tailored solutions.
Project Management:
- Coordinate with internal teams (e.g. creative strategy media) to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
- Oversee the development execution and performance of campaigns or projects.
- Monitor and report on client projects ensuring alignment with budget timelines and expectations.
Client Retention & Growth:
- Identify opportunities for upselling or crossselling services.
- Ensure the timely renewal of contracts and ongoing business relationships.
- Provide strategic guidance to clients on marketing solutions that meet their goals.
Reporting & Analytics:
- Track and analyze key performance metrics for client accounts.
- Prepare and present regular reports on campaign performance suggesting actionable insights and improvements.
Problem Solving:
- Address and resolve any client concerns or issues promptly.
- Act as a mediator between clients and internal teams when necessary to ensure mutual satisfaction.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with the business leadership to achieve overall company growth and client retention goals.
- Stay informed on industry trends and best practices to offer innovative solutions to clients.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor s degree in Marketing Business Communications or a related field.
Experience:- Proven experience (3 years) in account management client services or a related role preferably in a marketing or advertising agency.
- Experience managing multiple clients/projects simultaneously.
Skills:- Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Knowledge of digital marketing advertising and branding strategies.
- Proficiency in CRM software and project management tools (e.g. Salesforce Trello Monday.com).
