We are seeking a Virtual Cruise Reservationist to join our team in the Hospitality industry. In this role you will be responsible for assisting customers in booking their dream cruise vacations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills a passion for travel and strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in booking cruise reservations via phone email and online chat
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any inquiries or concerns
- Coordinate with cruise lines to ensure accurate booking information
- Process payments and send confirmation details to customers
- Maintain accurate records of all reservations and customer interactions
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality industry preferred
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in computer systems and booking software
