Our client an industry leader in their field is looking to hire a Recruitment Business Partner to join their Talent Acquisition team in London.
This is a full 360 recruiter role supporting stakeholders across the business with the primary focus of managing current and future hiring demand across their corporate functions.
As a Recruitment Business Partner you will play a crucial role in shaping the companies talent strategy partnering with business leaders and driving endtoend recruitment processes in a highenergy fastpaced environment. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs create strategic recruitment plans and attract top talent that fits our dynamic company culture.
You will:
- Act as a strategic partner to business leaders advising on workforce planning talent attraction strategies and hiring needs.
- Lead the endtoend recruitment process for multiple roles across various departments ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive sourcing strategies including headhunting networking and leveraging various recruitment channels.
- Develop and implement innovative recruitment solutions to meet the demands of a fastgrowing business.
- Work closely with the HR team to align recruitment strategies with broader business goals.
- Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and platforms.
- Track and report on recruitment metrics to monitor progress and optimize recruitment efforts.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Business Partner or similar role in a fastpaced environment.
- Strong knowledge of fullcycle recruitment sourcing techniques and employer branding.
- Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and advising on recruitment strategies.
- Ability to manage highvolume recruitment processes with competing priorities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Strong organisational skills and a resultsdriven mindset.
- Knowledge of recruitment technologies and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- A proactive flexible approach with the ability to thrive in a fastmoving environment.
