Job Description

The Press Production Supervisor will be the first line leader supporting team members within the metal stamping department. This role is essential for coordinating daytoday activities to maintain scheduled production requirements ensuring the success of the team. The position is on 2nd Shift Monday through Thursday from 3:00pm to 1:00am with occasional overtime on Fridays.

Qualifications

  • 13 years of supervisory experience in medium/high volume manufacturing
  • Previous professional internship or coop experience
  • Experience in highspeed metal stamping operations preferred
  • Ability to lead with a servant leadership mindset

Education Requirements

  • Bachelors degree or Associates degree in Business Manufacturing Engineering or Operations preferred

Experience Requirements

  • Minimum of 13 years of supervisory experience in a fastpaced manufacturing environment
  • Experience within a highspeed metal stamping operation including progressive dies transfer presses and manual press operations
