Position: Business Development Representative (Fulltime)
Salary: 1200 to 1700 USD/month (depending on skills and years of relevant experience)
Working Hours: Fulltime Monday Friday EST

With our advanced technology and industry expertise we offer reliable compliant and costeffective solutions to meet the unique challenges of online sales.
Main Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect potential eCommerce clients in need of 3PL fulfillment services with a focus on hazmat meltable and oversized products.
- Develop and implement outreach strategies including cold calling and personalized communication to engage with decisionmakers.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads converting prospects into potential clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.
- Track and report on outreach performance optimizing approaches for increased conversion rates.
- Consistently meet or exceed targets for prospect engagement and lead generation.
Qualifications:
- 35 years of experience in a Business Development or Sales role specifically in lead generation and cold calling.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets is required.
- Experience with HubSpot is a plus.
- Experience working with Amazon sellers or familiarity with the Amazon backend (e.g. product categories product rankings best sellers etc.) would be highly beneficial.
- Proven ability to research and identify highvalue prospects in relevant industries.
- Strong communication and persuasive skills with the ability to handle objections and close deals.
- Experience using CRM systems and sales tools to manage prospects and track outreach efforts.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet sales goals.
