Overview: This esteemed luxury 5star establishment is looking for a dedicated Assistant General Manager to support our operations and maintain our high standards across both Front of House (FoH) and Back of House (BoH). This role is essential in ensuring an exceptional guest experience and driving operational efficiency.
Assistant General Manager Responsibilities:
Assist in managing daily operations of FoH and BoH to uphold company standards.
Support the General Manager in leading the team providing guidance and motivation.
Step in to manage operations in the absence of the General Manager.
Focus on guest satisfaction and retention through exceptional service.
Oversee stock management and assist in maintaining efficient inventory control.
Collaborate with the management team to implement strategies that enhance revenue.
Assistant General Manager Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience in the hospitality industry preferably in a senior management role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
Capable of making quick decisions and resolving operational challenges.
