Position Overview:
We are looking for a Software Support Specialist to handle inbound support requests through live chat and email. You will be the first point of contact for our users helping them troubleshoot issues answer questions and ensure they have a smooth experience using our platform. You’ll collaborate with our engineering team for complex troubleshooting.
