Job Description

Job Title: Software Customer Support Specialist
Location: Remote (LATAM)
Salary: $1000 $1500 per month
Work Hours: 6 AM 2 PM Eastern Time (8hour shift)

To support our growth we are seeking a Software Support Specialist to join our team focusing on providing exceptional customer support via live chat and email.

Position Overview:
We are looking for a Software Support Specialist to handle inbound support requests through live chat and email. You will be the first point of contact for our users helping them troubleshoot issues answer questions and ensure they have a smooth experience using our platform. You’ll collaborate with our engineering team for complex troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide realtime support to users via live chat and email.
  • Assist users with basic troubleshooting of software issues.
  • Guide users through processes answering productrelated questions.
  • Document and track customer issues using HubSpot and internal systems.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to resolve more complex technical problems.
  • Update and maintain help documentation as needed.

Requirements:

  • 12 years of experience in a software support or customer service role.
  • Strong written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or other CRM tools.
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and learn new software quickly.
  • Attention to detail and ability to document issues accurately.
  • Ability to work 6 AM 2 PM ET to align with our team and customers.
  • Experience working remotely with excellent time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with technical support for software products.
  • Typing speed of 50 words per minute.
  • Based in Latin America for timezone alignment.

Compensation:

  • $1000 $1500 per month depending on experience.

Application Process:
12 interviews will be conducted possibly including a practical assessment to evaluate your troubleshooting skills and typing speed.
