Hours:Monday Saturday 1st shift 7 AM 6 PM OR 3rd shift 6 PM 5 AM

Job Description:
As a Welder you will play a critical role in an innovative steel company specializing in the design engineering and manufacturing of preengineered steel and premium building components. Your expertise in welding will help transform raw steel into durable products while ensuring safety and quality in your work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welding Operations:Use sers 7 grinders and gougers to weld and fabricate steel frames and building components.
- Safety Practices:Maintain a clean and organized work area prioritizing safety for yourself and your team.
- Quality Control:Ensure that all welded components meet quality standards and specifications.
- Equipment Maintenance:Regularly check and maintain welding equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Skills Required:
- Experience:Previous welding experience is required; MIG welding experience is preferred.
- Technical Skills:Familiarity with plasma torches and oxyacetylene cutting is a plus.
- Physical Stamina:Ability to lift up to 50 lbs bend squat kneel and stand for extended periods.
- Safety Awareness:Capability to wear proper safety equipment and follow safety protocols.
- Measurement Skills:Proficiency in reading a tape measure and basic math skills for precise measurements.
- Certifications:Welding certifications are preferred but not required.
