Position open for LATAM Region
100% Remote
Position: Real Estate Virtual Assistant
Salary Range: $1.000 $1.500
Type of Contract: Independent Contractor Agreement
Scope of the Role:
We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as an a Real Estate Virtual Assistant. In this role you will play a crucial part in our operations by focusing on billing invoice review cost codes and light accounting tasks. Additionally you will support contract management ensuring contracts are uptodate and signed calendaring and bid management activities such as updating scope of works and sending plans for bids.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Manage billing invoice review and cost codes
- Support contract management to ensure contracts are current and executed
- Assist with calendaring and bid management tasks
- Independently set up systems and provide training to others
- Perform data entry and maintain effective email and written communication
Requirements:
- Advanced or fluent english proficiency in both speaking and writing
- Quickbooks online / bookkeeping experience or similar.
- Positive attitude dependability trustworthiness and high integrity
- Proactive problem solving and communication skills
- Experience with microsoft office and/or Google Suites especially Excel and Google Sheets.
- Curiosity and quick learning ability.
