Gastronomy Restaurants Ltd are an ambitious and successful hospitality business with 43 restaurants spanning across the country from North Wales to Nottingham & Derby.).

THE ROLE
The organisation is rapidly growing and we need a highflying graduate to join our business on the Graduate managers Programme. This is a fasttrack programme to become an Area Coach where the goal is to eventually manage 300 people across a variety of franchise restaurants.
JOB DESCRIPTION
The first 12 weeks are all about understanding our business and how to operate a successful restaurant.
This is why we have the accelerator training academy where you will be exposed to all areas of the restaurant and become competent as a ‘Team Member’ then ‘Team Leader’ then ‘Assistant Manager’.
The goal is to run a successful restaurant leading a team of 20 initially but this will increase as you develop your career and progress into a senior role.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
To run a successful restaurant you need to be comfortable in learning the restaurant floor food safety food handling and facility management.
Ultimately we will show ‘How to build a brilliant restaurant’ and then support you to ‘Run it like you own it’.
THE INDIVIDUAL
We are looking for graduates who are ambitious have excellent problemsolving skills have an entrepreneurial spirit outstanding planning and organisation skills ability to juggle multiple projects and are able to inject initiative for self and the team.

SALARY AND BENEFITS
As this is a future leaders programme we are offering a £30000 starting salary. This will increase to £36000 after 3 months as you become more competent and develop your career with us.
We also have a LTIP (Long Term Incentive Plan) which triggers a £20000 bonus (minimum) based on your performance in running the restaurant/restaurants.
Upon successful sign off of your restaurant manager training you will receive a ‘golden ticket’ which enrols you into our Long Terms Incentive Plan. The LTIP entitles you to £20000 of which 50% is paid out at year 5 service and the rest when you achieve 10 years’ service. Great performance means you’ll have the ability to grow this figure too! Other benefits include: Group life insurance Income protection Critical illness cover Health cash plan 28 days annual leave which increases to 33 at year 5 and 38 at year 10.
