Schedule: 8:306PM UK TIME
Location: South Africa (Remote)
Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls from customers and serve as the initial point of contact for technical support.
Create manage and update tickets using the company’s ticketing system.
Provide lowlevel technical support including troubleshooting basic hardware software and network issues.
Follow provided troubleshooting guides and escalate unresolved issues to the UKbased support team.
Document technical issues and resolutions accurately to maintain a detailed knowledge base.
Communicate effectively with customers ensuring they are informed throughout the support process.
Key Requirements:
Experience in a helpdesk or IT support role.
Basic understanding of Microsoft 365 and troubleshooting common technical issues.
Familiarity with ticketing systems and support workflows.
Excellent communication skills capable of explaining technical concepts to nontechnical users.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment.
Ability to work autonomously following predefined processes and guidelines.
Preferred Qualifications:
IT certifications such as CompTIA A or Microsoft Certified Fundamentals.
Prior experience providing remote desktop support.
