This role is crucial in managing administrative tasks fostering strong B2B relationships with clients and providing technical support where necessary. Key Responsibilities
Manage daytoday administrative tasks including issuing and updating broker contracts updating commissions and incentives tracking broker performance and handling broker correspondence.
Oversee daily updates changes and queries between the Yachts business and the charter booking partner.
Collaborate with the internal marketing team on monthly broker newsletters.
Support the team in building and maintaining relationships with key brokers through regular communication and exceptional service delivery.
Act as the primary point of contact for inquiries issues and escalations ensuring prompt resolution and client satisfaction.
Provide brokers with updated information regarding boat specifications and destination information.
Deliver technical assistance to brokers and sales teams addressing inquiries related to platform functionalities including the CRM and internal booking system.
Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve brokerrelated issues.
Utilize reporting tools to provide feedback on broker performance against targets on a weekly basis.
Maintain uptodate broker profiles and documentation including contracts and performance records.
Managing multiple responsibilities in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
Addressing a variety of client inquiries while maintaining high levels of satisfaction.
Qualifications and Skills
Multilingual – European languages (French and German essential).
Proven experience in a similar role preferably in a B2B environment.
Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint) and CRM software.
Demonstrated success in building and maintaining client relationships.
Technical background or understanding is advantageous.
Experience
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a broker support or similar administrative role within a dynamic B2B environment.
