1.Provide firstline technical support to endusers for hardware software and network issues.
2.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to desktops laptops printers and other peripherals.
3. Install configure and update operating systems and software applications.
4. Assist with user account setup password resets and permissions management.
5.Support the maintenance and administration of servers network devices and other IT infrastructure.
6. Monitor system performance perform routine backups and ensure data integrity.
7. Assist in the implementation and management of security measures and policies.
8. Help with software installations updates and patch management.
9.Communicate effectively with users to understand and resolve their technical issues.
10.Document issues and resolutions in a clear and organized manner.
11.Provide training and guidance to users on best practices and software usage.
12. Work closely with other IT team members to ensure cohesive and efficient support.
13. Participate in team meetings and contribute to ongoing IT projects and initiatives.
14. Stay updated with the latest technology trends and industry best practices.
Requirements
1.Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field (or equivalent experience).
2. Basic understanding of operating systems (Windows macOS) and office applications.
3.Familiarity with networking concepts hardware components and troubleshooting techniques.
4. Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
7. Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of IT.

Education
