Job Description
Are you ready to take your career to the next level We have a fantastic opportunity for an Assistant Manager at an Asphalt Plant offering you the chance to lead grow and make a real impact!
In this role you ll oversee a dynamic team of 10 including Operatives and a Supervisor at our 24/5 manufacturing plant. You ll work closely with Senior Management to drive Health & Safety excellence boost production output and manage workforce availability ensuring smooth operations through holiday approvals overtime allowances and shift cover.
This is your opportunity to step up and shape the future of the plant! You ll be at the forefront of key daytoday decisions while playing a vital role in longterm strategy. With clear career progression paths this role is your gateway to advancing as a future Plant Manager.
Requirements
