Overseeing mainly Front Office: telephones portering security parking.
Effective supervision of guest arrivals and departures ensuring that room allocations and check in/check out processes
Has responsibility is to oversee all outlets and assist where needed including Housekeeping and the Food and Beverage outlets
Dealing and resloving appropriately with any guest complaints
$29.18 per hour
Qualifications :
6 months previous experience in similar role. Hotel experience required.
Full drivers license preferred
Able to hold a Managers certificate and obtain LCQ
