To provide efficient and professional food and beverage service to guest satisfaction. To act as a leader to the staff/department and adhere to the policies procedures and standards and the overall guest experience.
- To report to duty punctually in uniform in order to maintain the integrity of coworkers and guests.
- Perform all specific duties as assigned by the Outlet Manager.
- Takes initiative for extending service to guests in the manner set forth by management and ensuring that all policies and procedures are followed.
- Perform opening and closing duties according to department standards
- Ensures service area is clean and tidy during service.
- Familiarizes themselves with all aspects of the menu to be able to answer general inquiries.
- Conducts themselves in a pleasant and helpful attitude towards guests colleagues and supervisors.
- To have a complete understanding of all the duties and responsibilities of the outlet.
- Adhere to the requirements of the controlling/cash system.
- Adhere to specifications of the controllers system relating to cash intake out take.
- To have a complete understanding of cashout procedures regarding voids
- Carry out any other reasonable duty that may be requested that pertains to the total operation of the outlet.
Qualifications :
- Previous work experience in a restaurant/food and beverage setting
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a team player attitude
- Must be able to work with minimal supervision
Physical Aspects of Position include but are not limited to the following:
- Constant standing and walking throughout shift
- Frequent lifting and carrying up to 30 lbs
- Constant kneeling pushing pulling lifting
- Frequent ascending or descending ladders stairs and ramps
