Immediate Job Opportunity: Apprentice Electrician (Ogden UT)
Great Basin Staffing is seeking a motivated and sed Apprentice Electrician to join our team in Ogden UT. This is a fulltime position with an immediate start available. If you are pionate about electrical work and are looking to grow within a reputable company this is the opportunity for you!
Position Highlights:
- Role: Apprentice Electrician
- Location: Ogden UT
- Compensation: $18 $28 per hour based on experience
- Job Type: Fulltime Immediate Start
Key Responsibilities:
- Install aerial lighting run conduit and pull wire as directed.
- Work under the supervision and direction of a Journeyman Electrician to complete electrical installations.
- Install and trouble low voltage and high voltage electrical systems.
- Safely use power tools and hand tools to execute electrical projects.
- Test and ensure the proper functioning of electrical systems using various testing devices.
- Diagnose and repair electrical malfunctions or equipment failures.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within budget.
- Strictly adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times.
Qualifications/Ss:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years as an apprentice electrician with experience in electrical installations and troubleing.
- Licensing: Active UT Apprentice license or a reciprocal license from another state.
- Technical Ss: Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools for electrical work.
- Code Knowledge: Solid understanding of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and ability to follow it in all projects.
- DetailOriented: Strong attention to detail and ability to work precisely.
- Communication: Effective communication ss for working with a team.
Additional Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting bending and standing for extended periods.
