WHO YOU ARE
You are the handson expert in helping patients regain independence in their daily activities. As a COTA you work alongside Occupational Therapists to provide customized care and rehabilitation for patients. You ist with treatment plans helping patients improve their strength coordination and functional abilities in everyday tasks. Your toolkit Adaptive tools theutic exercises and a supportive approach that helps patients gain confidence in their abilities. Your superpower The ability to guide patients through challenges with patience and empathy empowering them to reclaim their independence. Your work ensures that patients can lead more independent and fulfilling lives improving their ability to perform daily tasks with confidence.

THE DEETS
This is a 1 week Perm contractand it has a Start Date of ASAP
THE SHIFTS
Working 8 hour shifts 5 shifts per week on a AM shift pattern
THE MUST AVS
You hold a valid NBCOT Certification or equivalent and if required the appropriate valid state license.
THE PAY
HOURLY PAY: $47.60 SHIFT PAY: $380.80 WEEKLY PAY: $1904.00 TRAVEL TAX FREE: $1332.80
THE CALCULATIONS & SMALL PRINT: Illustratively the weekly pay is based on these patterns: 8hour shifts 5 days (40 hours) 9hour shifts 4 days (36 hours) 10hour shifts 4 days (40 hours) 12hour shifts 3 days (36 hours). For PER DIEM/ PRN shifts we have illustrated on a 3 shifts per week basis. When shift / weekly hours durations incur OT in any state then this is reflected in both the shift and weekly pay. **Travel tax regulations apply within the USA. The industry average pay for this role based on location and experience level has range of $1618.40 $2189.60
