WHO YOU ARE
You are the expert in managing patients who need intermediate care bridging the gap between critical and general care. As an RNIMC you monitor patients with moderate to severe conditions ensuring that they ilize and receive the necessary treatment. Your toolkit Advanced monitoring ss clinical expertise and the ability to manage complex care needs. Your superpower The ability to provide seamless care transitioning patients smoothly from intensive to regular care. Your work ensures that patients recover in a safe supportive environment improving their chances of full recovery.

The facility is in FARGO NORTH DAKOTA (AZ)
THE DEETS
This is a 13 week Travel/ Local contractand it has a Start Date of 14Oct24
THE SHIFTS
Working 12 hour shifts 3 shifts per week on a PM shift pattern
THE MUST AVS
You hold a valid RN License or equivalent and if required the appropriate valid state license.
THE PAY
HOURLY PAY: $57.80 SHIFT PAY: $693.60 WEEKLY PAY: $2080.80 TRAVEL TAX FREE: $1456.56
THE CALCULATIONS & SMALL PRINT: Illustratively the weekly pay is based on these patterns: 8hour shifts 5 days (40 hours) 9hour shifts 4 days (36 hours) 10hour shifts 4 days (40 hours) 12hour shifts 3 days (36 hours). For PER DIEM/ PRN shifts we have illustrated on a 3 shifts per week basis. When shift / weekly hours durations incur OT in any state then this is reflected in both the shift and weekly pay. **Travel tax regulations apply within the USA. The industry average pay for this role based on location and experience level has range of $1768.68 $2392.92
