Position: Human Resources Support Specialist
Working Hours: MF 9am to 6pm EST (be on call at certain times)
Salary Range: $900$1500 USD/month
Overview:
The Human Resources Support Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting the Human Resources and Operations team. This position will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR support including scheduling onboarding employee relations and personnel records management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR with a focus on healthcare and excellent organizational ss.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive Human Resources support and services including scheduling onboarding client and employee relations and personnel records management.
- ist the HR and Operations Manager with job postings managing job boards (such as Indeed) and scheduling interviews.
- Conduct reference and background checks on potential hires.
- Organize and manage new hire orientations thrice monthly; ensure all onboarding processes and doent uploads are completed promptly.
- Handle administrative tasks and manage personnel doents including maintaining uptodate licenses and following up with caregivers.
- Oversee the management of the company website and social media pages.
- Support the team with scheduling covering shifts and handling callouts.
- Be oncall during weekday mornings and every other weekend.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction with services.
- Answer incoming phone calls and provide istance as needed.
- Manage the daytoday operations of the office including caregiver and schedule management.
- Serve as the point of contact for employment verification and ID badge processing.
- Undertake additional projects as needed.
Requirements:
- Three or more years of experience in Human Resources including at least two years in the healthcare field (required).
- Two or more years of experience in scheduling.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Applications such as Excel Word and Outlook is required
- Effective written and verbal communication ss.
- Minimum of High School education; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Knowledge of business management practices.
- Demonstrated autonomy organization ertiveness flexibility and cooperation in job responsibilities.

- Experience with social media management.
- Strong organizational ss to manage a variety of tasks effectively.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and adapt to changing needs.
