LOOKING FOR FILIPINO CITIZENS BASED IN THE PHILIPPINES Position: Accountant
Salary Range: $1100 $1200
Time Zone: Monday Friday 9AM to 6PM EST

Overview:
We are seeking a detailoriented and proactive Accountant to manage our financial records and reporting. The ideal candidate will have experience in accounting practices financial ysis and managing transactions. This role requires a strong understanding of accounting principles attention to detail and the ability to work independently while meeting deadlines. The position offers flexibility but requires accuracy and responsiveness in handling financial matters. Communicates well in English language
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Financial Management:
- Maintain accurate and uptodate financial records including accounts payable accounts receivable and general ledger entries.
- Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts investigating and resolving discrepancies promptly.
Transaction Processing:
- Process invoices expense reports and other financial transactions in a timely manner.
Financial ysis and Reporting:
- Conduct financial ysis Ad hoc reporting and research
- Prepare detailed reports and summaries for management highlighting key financial metrics and trends.
Administrative and Compliance Duties:
- Ensure compliance with local state and federal regulations as well as company policies and procedures.
- Maintain organized and secure financial doentation and records.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Collaborate with other departments to support financial processes and address any financial queries or issues.
- Communicate financial information clearly and effectively
Tools and Experience:
Qualifications:
- 3 years of accounting experience ideally with international companies.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks Xero) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Experience working 100% remotely is a must.
- Excellent organizational and timemanagement ss with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
