Job Overview:
Our client is seeking a rockstar Remote Salesperson to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate is highly proactive aggressive in closing sales and dedicated to providing an excellent customer experience. The role involves managing leads over the phone nurturing them within their SmartMoving system and coordinating closely with operations and customer support teams to ensure a seamless process from the initial lead to the move date. Additionally the successful candidate will aggressively pursue stale leads and upsell opportunities such as ADT moving insurance and Satellite Country services
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound sales calls to sell moving services.
Aggressively pursue stale leads to convert them into closed deals.
Upsell additional services to customers including ADT moving insurance and Satellite Country.
Follow Unicorn Moving guidelines and processes for lead management and nurturing within the SmartMoving platform.
Proactively engage with potential customers nurturing leads and moving them through the sales pipeline.
Provide clear accurate estimates and explain services to customers ensuring they understand the full scope of their moving options.
Maintain communication with the operations and customer support teams to ensure smooth coordination and efficient job .
Manage customer requests and questions leading up to the move date.
Respond to customer inquiries providing timely and professional responses.
Meet and exceed sales targets by aggressively pursuing leads and closing moving jobs.
Stay organized and maintain accurate records of all interactions in SmartMoving.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a sales role preferably in the moving or logistics industry.
Exceptional phone communication and negotiation ss.
Ability to follow processes and stay organized in a fastpaced environment.
Experience with CRM systems preferably SmartMoving.
Selfmotivated goaloriented and highly proactive in closing deals.
Ability to work independently and coordinate with remote teams.
Strong customer service ss and the ability to handle customer inquiries professionally.
