Chief of Staff

Location: 100% Remote
Type: Fulltime Longterm Partnership
Type of Contract : Independent Contractor Agreement
Salray Range: $2000 $4000

About the Role:

Are you a proactive leader with a pion for creating highimpact systems and driving meaningful outcomes We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Chief of Staff to join our team and colead alongside the founder over the next 25 years. This is not just an operational role; it’s an opportunity to shape and execute a powerful vision while growing personally and professionally in a hightrust longterm partnership.

As Chief of Staff you will work closely with the founder to streamline processes optimize time management and drive key initiatives across various projects and partnerships including highprofile work with AI and impactdriven organizations. This role is for someone who thrives in a fastpaced highleverage environment and is ready to make bold decisions that foster growth efficiency and positive culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Systems Design & Process Optimization: Develop and implement systems workflows and checklists to ensure efficient operations across multiple areas from video production and event management to tax handling and legal operations.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Partner with the founder in strategic decisionmaking highlevel planning and of key initiatives including event programming client acquisition and organizational development.
  • Project Management: Lead and coordinate projects that require the management of toptier facilitators collaboration with AI and tech leaders and the of highimpact events and milestones.
  • Culture Leadership: Foster a positive growthoriented culture by applying principles of highleverage thinking and affirmative action. Act as a trusted advisor to the founder providing guidance and driving accountability.
  • OutcomeDriven Initiatives: Take ownership of specific outcomes such as client onboarding marketing campaigns and organizational goals with rewards for meeting and exceeding milestones.
  • LongTerm Growth & Partnership: This role is designed for someone committed to growing alongside the founder over the next few years with the potential for an enduring professional relationship.

  • Proven experience in a leadership operations or Chief of Staff role.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problemsolving ss with a proactive approach to creating and managing systems.
  • Exceptional communication and organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple highpriority projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to take initiative push forward bold ideas and make confident decisions in alignment with the founder’s vision.
  • Interest in working within dynamic environments particularly within AI tech or impactdriven sectors.
