2nd Shift Production Supervisor
Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise the production team during the 2nd shift to ensure efficiency and quality output
- Monitor production schedules and adjust staffing as needed to meet production goals
- Train mentor and motivate production employees to maintain a positive work environment
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment
- Coordinate with other departments to optimize production processes and resolve any issues
- Maintain production records and reports for ysis and improvement
- Job shift: 3pm3am
Essential Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Bachelor’s or technical degree preferred
- 13 years of onthejob experience with machine shop manufacturing processes
- Understanding of Quality Management Systems
- Requires excellent communication ss
- Should be a strong leader
- Punctual and reliable
- Must be highly organized and selfmotivated
- Needs to have high attention to detail
- Needs ability to delegate tasks effectively
- Demonstrated adaptability to unplanned events and changing priorities
- Ability to coordinate and oversee multiple tasks
- Be able to work well in a cross functional team
- PC ss and proficiency in MS Suite preferred
- Forklift experience preferred
- Ability to travel periodically for training or business
Salary & Benefits:
Salary: $70k$90k
