Job Description
Position: Investor Services Coordinator
Salary Range: 1.500 2.000 USD/mo
Schedule: 9:00 am 5:00 pm PST MF
Location: Remote Latin America only
Type of contract: Independent Contractor
We are seeking a proactive and detailoriented individual to join our team as the first point of contact for our valued investors. In this role you will play a pivotal part in ensuring their success by delivering exceptional service managing investor accounts and collaborating with internal teams. Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Experience in a clientoriented office environment (although this position is 100% remote) preferably in a related industry of financial services with investors
- Proficiency in HubSpot CRM (as the primary ERP platform) or a comparable CRM with a ticket management system
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications particularly Excel and Outlook
- Detailoriented conscientious and energetic selfstarter with ability to think creatively
- Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team and a willingness to take on any task no matter how small
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
- Ability to effectively communicate to team members
- Excellent interpersonal communication ss and ability to interact with senior personnel across the firm
- Familiarity with financial services or investmentrelated environments is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound investor requests responding to inquiries promptly and ensuring timely accurate information is provided.
- Granting access to the investor portal (and supporting tech training and education for all investors)
- Accurately updating investor information across multiple platforms
- isting with new investor onboarding
- Providing financial and performance information questions (all inquiries that are specific to current offerings and existing portfolio)
- ist with completing audit doentation and Tax related doentation (specifically K1s)
