About the role:
We are an ecommerce brand pionate about elevating Artful Objects Designed by Women and are seeking an inspired dynamic female to join our SF Bay Area team. Our focus is on collaborating with interior designers to bring exceptional and unique creations to the forefront. If you possess a combination of creative and technical ss along with an ability to engage through compelling content we want you on our team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
General graphic design (removing background of images using design templates
from client on Figma). Client will provide and design the template.
Creating social media graphics using company templates.
Managing and creating new blogs including the “6 Things” column with content
provided by Company.
Managing the curated Home Edit on Company website; updating items weekly
based on client input.
Sending newsletter marketing emails with Klaviyo.
Organizing doents on Airtable.
Outreach to interior designers for the Designer Trade Program via email and
social media.
Reviewing and activating Designer Trade Applicants with a welcome email.
Regular email checkins with members of the Designer Trade Program.
Artist Coordination including sending shipping labels via FedEx and filing claims
on FedEx for damaged ceramics.
Customer Service Emails.
Create Shopify product pages with photos and descriptions.
Requirements:
At least 23 years of experience in the role
Portfolio of sample works
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom.
Strong ss in content writing with the ability to create compelling narratives around our products and brand values.
Knowledge of SEO best practices and how to apply them effectively.
Prior experience or a keen interest in marketing and operational roles.
Eagerness to learn and adapt to new tools such as Klaviyo with a knack for picking up software workflows.
A basic understanding of Shopify or similar ecommerce platforms is a plus.
Excellent organizational ss and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
