As a Rust Developer you will be responsible for the development and maintenance of software written in Rust. You will collaborate with other developers on the team to create highquality and le software. In addition you will be responsible for troubleing and resolving bugs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Software Development: Design develop and implement software applications and systems in Rust. Ensure code quality efficiency and maintainability.
  

• Code Optimization: Optimize existing Rust code for performance scalability and resource efficiency. Conduct code reviews to ensure best practices.
  

• Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers. Drive the adoption of Rust best practices within the team.
  

• Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with crossfunctional teams including product managers designers and other engineering teams to deliver highquality software solutions.
  

• Problem Solving: Trouble and resolve complex technical issues in Rust applications. Implement robust solutions to prevent future issues.
  

• Continuous Learning: Stay abreast of the latest developments in the Rust ecosystem and broader software engineering field. Actively contribute to continuous improvement of development processes.
  

• Testing and Doentation: Develop comprehensive unit and integration tests for Rust applications. Ensure thorough doentation for code and technical processes.
  

• Project Management: Participate in project planning and management. Ensure timely delivery of software projects while maintaining high standards of quality.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Master s degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
  

• At least 2 years of software development experience with a significant focus on Rust programming.
  

• Profound knowledge of Rust language features its standard library and ecosystem.
  

• Experience with systems programming concurrency and memory management in Rust.
  

• Familiarity with software development odologies such as Agile or Scrum.
  

• Strong problemsolving ss and attention to detail.
  

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
