As an Expansion ociate Romandie you will actively help to expand our portfolio for our rapidly growing tenant base. Above all you will be in contact with the leading real estate companies in Switzerland help in the search for new vacant apartments and access the most modern tools. Tasks
- You are responsible for the acquisition of new apartments houses or other projects in Frenchspeaking Switzerland
- You maintain and expand our contacts leads and deals in our CRM
- You generate leads through cold calling on site by phone email and remotely
- You accompany the acquisition of new apartments from the viewing to the onboarding in our portfolio
- You maintain contact with our existing real estate partners
- You are responsible for developing sales strategies and plans
Requirements
- You are business fluent in French and have a good command of the Swiss mentality
- You have a good command of written and spoken French and English
