Summary:
This is a combined role as part of the site Order Engineering team handling technical administration and KPI reporting combined with creating Engineering Bills of Material items master and Solidworks drawing modifications as a first step on the engineering career road map. The inbent reports to the Order Engineering Manager.
Standard Accountabilities
- Complete bill of material variations for manufacture to order products
- Develop completed bill of materials for all engineering to order products as required to release order to production
- Prepare and release instructions routing cards and other doentation to business unit operations.
- Prepare job specific Installation Operation Manual
- Maintain and create item masters
- Prepare advanced procurement notices
Key Performance Indicators
- Meet project timelines for engineering doentation and gather approval at the first issue
- Ensure customer satisfaction accuracy and timeliness of customer doentation
- Provide rework or resubmittal doentation in agreedupon cycles to obtain approvals.
Additional responsibilities:
- Administrative support to Engineering Department and Manager.
- Preparation of engineering reports and KPIs
- Preparation and management of eng department databases.
- Engineering SharePoint administrator
- ECN administration
