Job Description
KMS Lighthouse is looking for a Product Manager to join our expanding Israelibased team. The product team at KMS Lighthouse is at the heart of the company.
Join us as we ship new products and features to our unique marketleading knowledge management platform.
Our team consists of designers and PMs who work closely to innovate and excite with new delightful user experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Understand and represent user needs then design holistic solutions to address them.
- Prioritize product features and capabilities.
- Work closely with designers and developers to create simple and elegant endtoend flows and experiences.
- Write user stories and PRDs to ensure a clear understanding and communication of your vision.
- Create strong partnerships with engineering teams to deliver features and products and be the voice of the user throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Proactively communicate project status issues and risks to management and essential customers.
Requirements :
- 3 years of proven experience in software product management and overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle.
- Experience in crossfunctional team management a people person.
- Team player positive attitude problemsolver.
- Deep understanding of UI/UX at the end of the day it all comes down to an excellent oldfashioned user experience.
- Excellent project management skills from planning through execution.
- Passionate about impacting peoples lives.
