In this role you will be responsible for contacting homeowners fielding incoming calls and assisting in setting up appointments for our field home buying specialists.

We are looking for a hungry sales heavy gogetter with strong communication followup and organizational skills to join our team as an Inside Sales Specialist!! You will pursue new properties for the company and cultivate relationships with property owners. You must be resultsoriented and build rapport with homeowners. You will be speaking directly with home owners to understand their situation and how we may be able to help them solve their problems or achieve their goals. We are ideally seeking an independent driven & sociable candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact homeowners via phone calls to discuss our services and explore potential opportunities to assist them in selling their home.
- Responsible for an estimate of about 500 calls per week including fielding incoming calls from homeowners as well as cold calling and providing information about our company services and processes.
- Assist in setting up 1012 appointments per week for our field homebuying specialists to visit properties and conduct consultations with homeowners.
- Maintain accurate records of all communications and appointments in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth communication and coordination of appointments and followups.
- Provide exceptional customer service to homeowners addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales or customer service real estate experience not required!
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with homeowners over the phone.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment.
- Strong work ethic a relationship builder and good with organization.
- Proficiency in CRM systems or willingness to learn.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow within the company.
- Must be a commutable distance to Wichita
- Must be available to work MondayFriday 96pm in office (can be flexible to some remote work)
