SEN Teaching Assistant Physical Disabilities Fulham
A primary school in Fulham is seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team and support students with physical disabilities. Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 support to students with physical disabilities ensuring they can fully engage in all classroom activities.
- Assist students with mobility aids helping them move safely around the school environment.
- Offer personal care assistance as required while respecting student dignity and promoting independence.
- Adapt learning materials and resources to cater to individual student needs ensuring accessibility.
- Work closely with teachers and SENCO to monitor and track student progress ensuring tailored support for each student.
- Support students during breaks transitions and in extracurricular activities as needed.
